Parents/Guardians can watch by the side of the pool and must use the shoe covers to protect the poolside. Please advise children that the lessons are educational and that they will be required to concentrate and work with the Teacher and the Water Assistant.

ADULT & CHILD/PRE SCHOOL CLASSES
If your child is not fully toilet trained please ensure that they wear a swimming nappy under their costume or trunks.

MISSED LESSONS
We do not offer an alternative time/day should your child miss their lesson for any reason.

FEES
Fees are NOT refundable or transferable under any circumstances.

WATER ASSISTANTS
In the Beginner, Intermediate and Improver classes we have a water assistant who assists the teachers and children.

INTENSIVE COURSE
For Beginner and Improver classes - normally held during school holidays. The course is run over five days and lessons are half an hour each day

VIDEOS AND PHOTOGRAPHY
If you wish to photograph or video your child during their lesson please ask at the desk as you will be required to complete a form. This is a policy set by both Queen Mary's College and the Amateur Swimming Association.

EQUIPMENT
You only need to bring your child's costume or trunks, towel and swimming hat. We supply all the necessary equipment. Please can boys wear well fitting swimming trunks rather than long shorts. Do you know how hard it is to swim correctly - it's like swimming in trousers!

LOCKERS
Are available in the changing room for your use and require a £1 coin which is returnable.

SWIM SHOP
We sell Speedo goggles, swim hats, discs and other equipment all at reasonable prices.

ANNUAL PARTY AND ACHIEVER AWARDS
Every year we hold our annual party which includes a disco, food, drink and a gift. At this event we present our achiever awards to client's whom the teachers feel deserve recognition.
