
Diving, somersaults and stamina
Here there are four levels of lane swimming where again more stroke technique is taught plus, diving, somersaults and building up stamina.
From lanes we have a relationship with Bluefins Swimming Club and when we think the children are ready to move to the squad set up at the club and the children express a wish to complete more swimming and become a competitive swimmer, we invite the Club Coaches to pop along to assess our swimmers.
