We teach week days, after school and at weekends at QM Sports Centre Basingstoke.
We provide quality lessons for swimmers from pre-school age as well as improver lessons and fitness sessions. We also run a large school swimming programme.

Adult & Child
These classes and for babies after they have had their first set of vaccinations up to three years of age.
Pre School
Children from 3 years of age can join these lessons without their parent or guardian but with our teachers in the water with them – class sizes are maximum of 6 children.
Beginner
For children who cannot swim unaided on their front and back.
Intermediate
To join this level children need to be able to swim a width on their front and back unaided.
Stroke Development One
In this level the children are further developing over arm front crawl, front crawl breathing, backstroke and they start to develop breaststroke technique.
Stroke Development Two
Here we hope to develop more proficient stroke technique across strokes.
Lanes
Here there are four levels of lane swimming where again more stroke technique is taught plus, diving, somersaults and building up stamina.

We offer intensive swimming courses for Beginner, Intermediate and Stroke Development 1 levels.

School Swimming
Swimming is a vital skill for any child and is the only sport a child will learn in school that could save their life. We are listed on Hampshire County Council’s PE & Sports Providers database as an approved provider for running school swimming programme.
